Forest Bark Cup Vase
Bjarni Sigurdsson finishes this ceramic tumbler in a deep, earthy glaze worked into flowing vertical striations that echo charred wood and forest bark. No two cups repeat exactly, since each is finished by hand rather than through a repeatable process. At five inches tall, it works equally well as an everyday drinking vessel or displayed on its own as a small sculptural object, grouped naturally with other pieces from the same Icelandic artisan line.
