The Modern Proper: Simple Dinners for Every Day
The Modern Proper is built for actual daily cooking, mostly new recipes with a handful of fan favorites, each tagged with prep time, cook time, and quick-reference notes so a weeknight dinner doesn't require much planning. Ingredients stay easy to find, with swaps built in throughout for anyone missing something on hand. A full chapter of meatballs and a strong lineup of crowd-feeding recipes round it out. It's a practical, well-used kind of cookbook rather than an aspirational one, suited to whoever's actually cooking dinner most nights.
