Cherry Wood Pedestal Bowl [VINTAGE]
This cherry wood bowl is hand-turned with a smooth pedestal base that lifts it slightly off the table, giving it more presence than a flat-bottomed bowl would have. The wood's warm natural grain is left visible under a satin finish, so the material itself carries the visual interest rather than any added pattern. Vintage condition, with the kind of smooth wear that comes from genuine age and handling rather than reproduction distressing. It works equally well as a serving bowl or left out as a quiet accent piece, fitting into modern or rustic rooms without clashing with either.
