We ship nationwide using UPS or USPS. At checkout, you can choose the delivery option that works best for you.

For customers in Arizona, we also offer in-store pickup at our Phoenix location—simply select the pickup option during checkout.

Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn spots, spot clean by blotting with a mild detergent and allow rug to dry on a flat surface.
Regularly hand vacuum on the lowest setting and without the beater bar.
Shedding of loose fibers is normal and will diminish over time with regular vacuuming. Expect the most shedding to occur within the first few months.
Professional rug cleaning is recommended as needed.
Use a rug pad to prevent slipping and sliding.
