Each spout is shaped and attached by hand, so the finished vase represents dozens of small, precise forming decisions repeated across a single large-scale work, a level of technical commitment that makes this one of the more demanding traditional forms to execute successfully. At this scale, the piece reads as much as a sculptural artifact as a vessel, the repetition of spouts creating a rhythmic, almost architectural pattern while the clay's natural texture keeps the effect grounded rather than mechanical. It works best as a singular, room-anchoring statement, floor-standing or on a substantial pedestal with room to be viewed from multiple angles.
