Architectural Vase in White Lava by Chrissy Hsieh
Hsieh feels that with ceramics, the artist needs to relinquish part of the control to the will of the clay and the best pieces are formed when harmony and balance are achieved. Hsieh signs all her art pieces with the Chinese character “戒” (pronounced as “jie”) which is the first virtue in Buddhist teaching. A native of Taiwan, her ceramic pieces often demonstrates the blending of the two cultures, balancing fearless expression with meditative harmony. Sourced at Modernism Week in Palm Springs, CA. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
No returns or exchanges are accepted at this time. All vintage items are purchased with known vintage condition on the site.
How Will I receive my order?
We offer shipping nationwide for all products; except for large furniture, lighting, vintage, and hand crafted goods. Local Delivery is available for all orders within a 25 mile radius. We also offer free in-store pick up. For large items, we ask that you come prepared to load items into your vehicle yourself and our team will do our best to support the loading process.
